Culvern dismisses the Gownhall Square events as "youthful high spirits" and notes that Armiger families and Gownhall maestros have filed deputations calling the events "retrospectively inexcusable"; the Gownhall will reopen under Palleseen scrutiny because its knowledge base is needed for the Anchorwood - ch 48.
